1. How old were you when you first started playing music?
I was 12 years old when I picked up the saxophone and 19 when I started playing flute.
2. Who was/is your biggest musical inspiration?
I’d have to say Usher.
3. Where do you make your home?
Raleigh, NC is my home.
4. Do you have any pets?
No pets but I do love dogs.
5. What is the best concert/gig you have ever done?
I’d probably say my Limited Edition Concert. You can view it on my YouTube channel and the live album is available on all streaming platforms.
6. What is the best concert you have ever attended?
I’d have to say Beyoncé's Renaissance Tour with my 16 yr old daughter Karsen.
7. Do you have an all-time favourite song?
That’s a tough one. That would depend on the mood. But if I picked off this particular moment, let’s say “How Deep is Your Love” by the BeeGees.
8. What musician would you still most like to work with?
“The Chicks”
9. If you weren't a musician what would you be?
Probably a wild life specialist or nature explorer.
10. What is your favourite thing about Vancouver?
I’d have to say the food!
